The menu blends Caribbean ingredients with French and Italian techniques, featuring dishes like curried goat with sweet potato gnocchi. The restaurant’s name, meaning “Brother Rabbit,” draws from Caribbean folklore, embodying the playful spirit of its cuisine.   

About the Krug Lover

Saint Lucian-born Nina Compton, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, honed her skills under chefs like Daniel Boulud and Scott Conant. Her cuisine fuses French and Italian techniques with Caribbean flavors, reflecting her heritage. In 2018, she won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: South.
