Jan Hartwig is the chef, patron, and owner of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant JAN*** in Munich, where he crafts a contemporary cuisine that masterfully fuses classic culinary techniques with avant-garde creativity and world-class ingredients. His dishes are renowned for their flawless balance and lasting depth, showcasing a refined play on acidity and texture that elevates every bite.
