What are your sources of inspiration?
My biggest inspiration is the ingredient itself and its quality. I try to let it shine.
What is the most inspiring experience you had on your journey to becoming a chef?
In order to fulfil my dream of opening a restaurant, I sold two motorcycles, a car, and had to borrow money from my parents.
What is your ultimate dream meal?
I cook with simple ingredients, and I try to be unordinary. I am living my dream through my own recipes.
What three things would you take with you on a desert island ?
A Lamborghini and a gas station. I love fast cars.
Why do you love Krug?
I admire the maison’s honest approach. Krug is about connecting people.
What is your favourite Krug food pairing ?
Krug pairs wonderfully with many recipes, but my favourite way to enjoy it is without any condiments.
