What are your sources of inspiration?
Fresh produce – I love the texture, the smells, the colours and the flavours. My inspiration also comes from within.
Who is the person you admire most?
Choosing just one person would not be fair to all those I have had the good fortune of meeting in the personal and professional settings. I would say I admire everyone who has taught me something and would consider each of them a hero.
With whom would you share your dream dinner?
I already had the honour of having Armando Maradona at Villa Crespi, but I would invite him again.
What has been life’s most important lesson?
To chase my dreams, do my job with passion and, above all, never to give up.
What makes you a Krug Lover?
Krug is the culmination of 20 years of impeccable evolution and a truly unique Champagne.

My first sip of Krug was a unique sensorial experience with opulence, balance and structure.
