How would you describe your culinary philosophy?
Our cuisine is light, for everyone and closely linked to the terroir and gastronomic tradition.
How would you define your cooking style?
Our cooking style has roots in our traditions but with a strong vision of innovation and creativity.
What are your sources of inspiration?
Our main sources of inspiration are our memories: the tastes and scents of our childhood.
How does the location of your restaurant inspire your cooking?
We are located at the foot of the Berici Hills, in the Venice region and everything we bring to our table comes from our terroir, from the hills, the countryside and the lagoon.
What qualities do you value most in another person?
Kindness and friendship.
When was your most recent sip of Krug?
We had a few sips with Olivier Krug himself, upon the presentation of Krug Grande Cuvée 171ème Édition on 3 July 2023 in Milan, where we took care of the dinner.
When is your favourite time to enjoy Krug?
Always with our dearest friends.
