That can be a dairy farmer that shows a perfect cheese or a farmer that deliver the best Jerusalem artichokes. mostly the small things.

The small things – from the dairy farmer who shows me a perfect cheese to the grower who delivers the best Jerusalem artichokes.
Who is your hero and why?
We see heroism in everyone through small and inspiring gestures. Our mother for example raised four kids by herself while also working in the restaurant business.
What is your idea of pleasure?
Workwise, it is evolving and seeing the progress our staff and we make as a team. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family.
What is your ultimate dream meal?
A simple and classic Swedish course called kålpudding (cabbage pudding).
Who would you share your dream dinner with?
We would love to prepare, serve and enjoy a dinner in our restaurant with our late mother.

To us, Krug is hands down our favourite Champagne in the world.
