10g honey
5g plum juice
5g vinegar
3 purple torenia flowers
3 yellow torenia flowers
3 orange cosmos flowers
1. FLOUNDER
Thinly slice 5 pieces of flounder sashimi and set aside.
2. SAUCE
In a bowl, mix the honey, plum juice and vinegar.
FINISHING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange the flowers on a plate. Add the sauce and top with the fish.
