How does the location of your restaurant inspire your cooking?
I am influenced by many things: music, architecture, travelling – a good conversation. Anything can lead to me having an idea for a new dish.

Never give up. Always keep believing in my dream.

All my dream dishes combine land and sea.

For my deceased father. Joseph Krug. Franz West, Mick Jagger (this dream has already become reality).
