About the Ambassade
Located in the heart of Barcelona, Celler de Gelida is a family-run fine wine and spirits merchant with a rich history dating back to 1895. Now in its fifth generation, the business is dedicated to offering an exceptional selection of wines, champagnes, and premium spirits – including vintages from the late 19th century. In addition to importing and supplying to restaurants, Ferran and his sister, Meritxell Falgueras, enjoy hosting special tastings for their guests.
About the Krug Lover
Ferran Falgueras, CEO of Celler de Gelida S.L., was born and raised in Barcelona and studied law. As the fifth generation leading the family business since its founding in 1895, he carries forward a rich legacy. A Krug Lover since coming of age, he was inspired by his father, who always believed that Krug is the one.
