Daniel: My philosophy is rooted in a simplicity, honest cooking and respecting the product itself.

What is the most inspiring experience you had on your journey to becoming a chef?

Daniel: Traveling and exploring different cultures, both in and out of the kitchen, unlocked my journey to become a chef. 

What is your guilty pleasure in life?

Peter: Enjoying a bottle of something unexpected, discovering hidden gems and sharing those finds with other wine geeks.

Why do you love Krug?

Daniel: The essence of Krug resonates with a love for artisanal product and a long-lasting heritage.

Can you describe your first sip of Krug?

Daniel: My first sip was a gateway for my palate to experience the complexity, creamy texture and richness of fine bubbles.
