Generosity and quality of the ingredients are the keywords of my cuisine.
What are your sources of inspiration?
I am inspired by the everyday, by looking at a beautiful product and straight away thinking how to show off its value.
What is your ultimate dream meal?
A big feast. A celebratory meal like in the old days. A very long meal served during celebrations at the start of the 20th century.
Who would you like to share your dream dinner with and why?
Fernard Point is someone with whom I have always wanted to share a table.
What qualities do you value most in another person?
What makes you a Krug Lover?
ONE DAY... A long time ago, I drank a glass of Krug Champagne, and my love for it was instant. Ever since, Krug has always been in a league of its own. I have tried a lot of other Champagnes, but with Krug, I approach it in another way. It’s different. It’s KRUG
What is your favourite Krug food pairing?
And for that something extra special, a walnut granita covered with a spoonful of caviar.
