Andreas Döllerer, born in Golling near Salzburg, is a celebrated Austrian chef known for his innovative "Alpine Cuisine". Since 2004, he has taken charge of his family’s kitchen, blending traditional Alpine flavors with modern techniques and regional ingredients. Honored five times as "Chef of the Year", his restaurant boasts 5 Gault&Millau toques and membership in Les Grandes Tables du Monde.
