About the Ambassade

Mamma Mia Restaurant is a paradise for meat and champagne lovers in Rome. With carefully selected ingredients and traditional flavours, it offers a comfortable and luxurious space, where guests can enjoy the refined interiors and stunning veranda all year long.

How would you describe your culinary philosophy?

High quality ingredients and familiarity are essential for any recipe. The guest should be able to immediately recognize the style of the dish.

What three things would you take with you on a desert island?

A bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée, water and good company.

Where are you when you feel the happiest?

I feel relaxed and happy every time I am at the sea, possibly with a bottle of Champagne.

When is your favourite time to enjoy Krug?

During dinner, with good friends.

What is your favourite Krug food pairing?

Krug Grande Cuvée and Pizza Margherita.
