Which of life’s beauties touch you the most?

I am fortunate to be working in a job that gives constant satisfaction. I always have a smile on my face and never stop learning.

What are your sources of inspiration?

Travel gives me energy and triggers my imagination to create new dishes and taste them in new places. My father is also an enduring role model for me. He taught me to be humble and follow the rules but the most important thing I learned from him is that it takes hard work to reach your goals.

What would be your ultimate dream meal?

I would invite my family to the seashore, and we would have fried anchovies, spaghetti with a wonderful sauce of tomato and basil and a bottle of Krug Champagne.

What lesson has life taught you?

The truth is that nobody gives you anything, it is always necessary to work hard to get something, and always be in the right place at the right time.

What kind of Krug Lover are you?

I find that every moment can be the right moment for a glass of Krug, but sharing it is the most important thing.
