From the 20^th to the 26^th of February, 2013 the House of Krug has teamed up with Michelin-starred Chef Enrico Bartolini of Devero Restaurant for the opening of the first Italian Krug Ephemeral Restaurant.

The duo behind the three-star restaurant 8½ Otto & Mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong, Chef Umberto Bombana and general manager Danilo Nicoletti are renowned for composing a singular experience in Italian cuisine. 

Tucked behind the celebrated clock in the courtyard at 5 Rue Coquebert in Reims is a room one would never guess was there. Here, the Maison Krug’s entire Tasting Committee is seated.
